Newcastle Chambers of Engineering is an effective UK based, onshore and offshore project management and process engineering consultants. We are a small though experienced organisation of professionally qualified engineers, keeping up with the latest developments in the upstream oil and gas petrochemicals industry. We are able to offer consultancy services and engineering services in a wide variety of fields.

Our process engineering consultants are able to offer:

	HAZOP Chairman;
	Risk Assessment Chairman;
	SIL Assessment Chairman;
	LOPA Chairman;
	Functional Safety study, assessment and Analyses, to IEC 61508 and IEC 61511;
	Classification of Hazardous Areas (Zoning);
	Alarm management services;
	Hazard identification (HAZID) studies;
	Review control room procedures.

In our offshore or upstream project management capacity, assignments have included detailed design studies, process systems design and control system design. As process engineering consultants, we are able to:
